If our members aren’t volunteering or attending meetings, they keep busy having fun! From HKF, to Bunco, to book clubs and movie outings, there is always something going on.
On May 22, a group of members took in the showing of “Book Club: The Next Chapter”. After the movie, they met at a local restaurant for fellowship and discussion. Attendees were Marlene Jacobs (our organizer extraordinaire), Brenda Frey, Janine O’Connor, Thresa Oliverio, Mikie Porfidio and Valorie Shepard.
On May 16, the Dicey Dolls’ bunco group met for their monthly dice game. These ladies know how to do fun!
And lastly, the popular HKF card game is sponsored by the Women’s Club 2 times per month, in addition to the games that members play on their own amongst friends. At the May 16 game, Jackie Maneval was a first time winner, followed closely by Nancy Wiesinger and Kathie Cardon.
