Today was the first meeting of a newly formed “Red Hat Hotties” group. The day was filled with fun and laughter as many of us played catch up with those we hadn’t seen in a while. It was a perfect sunny, breezy day for a picnic by the gnarly tree at Spring Park on the St. Johns River. Welcome to Jackie Maneval, Joann Vann, Ann Bastress, Lorna Broughton, Joanne LaBeouf, Pam Young, Thresa Oliverio, Kathryn Kossuth, Linda Thill, Val Sheppard, Linda Werring and our founder (but not queen), Marlene Jacobs. Plans are underway for our next outing. Newbies are invited. Contact Marlene Jacobs if interested.
