Today, a group of Women’s Club volunteers gathered at Linda Werring’s house to assemble luminaria kits. Hard to believe that the 24th Annual Luminaria Night will be here in two months! Preparing for this fundraiser, of which all proceeds go to support the Women’s Club scholarship program, takes many months of work behind the scenes and today’s work is an integral part. The group prepared a little more than half of the luminaria kits that will be needed, and another work day is scheduled for next Monday, October 7, again at Linda Werring’s home.
