A rolling stone gather gathers no moss, or so the saying goes.

It’s always clever to combine a proverb with a situation to make a point. Just when I thought I knew all of the bunco groups, I found another one and it begs the comparison. These Rolling Stones are an established bunco group that plays in the parlor once a month. These 12 rollers have been together for a long time.  Many of the originals are in the picture along with some fill-in subs.

Although the proverb has two meanings I’m going with ‘people who are always moving and manage to stay creative, adaptable and avoid stagnation’. I was a perfect Rolling Stone last night because I lost the most games and moved from table to table the most!  It’s the best way to get to play with everyone. I even got money for losing the most. You can’t beat that.   Thank you to Barbara Syzmanski for hosting and letting me sub and have fun with these rollers who love to gather, have fun, laugh, and move along. No moss on these ladies.
