Light Up Magnolia Point, traditionally held the second Saturday in December, will be held this year on Saturday, December 13, 2025.

Volunteers have assembled the kits and volunteer block captains will be delivering order forms to the residents on their assigned streets.  Residents are encouraged to purchase enough luminaria kits to line their driveway.   Donations are also welcome to support the scholarship fund.

As residents tour the beautifully lit Magnolia Point community, they also enjoy socializing with neighbors and friends at the many outdoor street parties.

This annual event has grown each year and now serves as one of the largest fundraisers for MPWC, raising money for Clay High School senior girls’ scholarships.  The success of this event is made possible by the support of our residents.
