Food Truck Request for Application

Thank you for taking the first step to become a Food Vendor at our 2023 Holiday Arts and Crafts Fair.

The Magnolia Point Women's Club, Inc., dba MPWC Charities, is an all-volunteer charitable organization for women residing in Magnolia Point in Green Cove Springs, Florida. We are a 501(c)(3) not-for profit corporation whose mission is to assist the underserved in Clay County. All proceeds from the fair go to support our mission, and we thank you in advance for participating and helping us achieve our mission.

If you are interested in being a food truck vendor at our fair, please complete the form below and submit it.  Upon approval of your request, we will send you the final application with further details.
